对洛克的财产理论，在最艰困的时刻，我才有比较深入的体会。洛克在论财产一章说

洛克认为人具有天生的权利，由此权利人类可以适度的享用来自自然的物品。洛克以《旧约》第一百十五篇，第十六节为证。
as King David says (Psalm 115. 16), “has given the earth to the children of men,” given it to mankind in common.(Treatises II.5.24)
洛克指出地球是人类共有的财产，要理解这一点，我们有必要去理解洛克的神学框架，
